First unveiled at the UTMB™ 2023 in Chamonix, CamelBak’s new top-of-the-line trail running vest has now arrived on the global market. Field-tested by the brand’s professional athletes, it features several advanced technologies, including Recco® technology.
Designed and tested by CamelBak’s elite athletes, such as New Zealand professional runner Scotty Hawker, the Apex Pro Run Vest is CamelBak’s most advanced vest, made for trail runners who demand the best gear available.

The Apex Pro Run Vest is available in four sizes (XS-S-M-L), with a total capacity of 12 L (including 1 liter of water). This vest delivers all the essential components for trail running and ultramarathons, offering unmatched performance for ultradistance races with demanding gear requirements.
Several safety features have been added to the Apex Pro Run, starting with RECCO® Technology: the vest comes with a built-in RECCO reflector. RECCO Technology makes you searchable by rescue professionals around the world, making it easier for them to locate and rescue you in case you get lost or injured.
The foldable and removable trekking pole compartment is a smart solution that can be taken off or stored inside the Apex vest when not in use; removable front bungee cords also allow you to attach your poles in different ways. The back panel with 3D mesh ensures optimal ventilation and lightness. Expandable side and front pockets are perfect for storing nutrition, water, and gear.
The super-stretchy back panel of the new Apex Pro Run Vest includes a water-resistant pocket to protect your electronic items from rain, sweat, and hydration reservoir condensation.

The main compartment features a full-length diagonal zipper, making it easy to show mandatory gear to race officials. A separate compartment can also accommodate a CamelBak reservoir.
The CamelBak Apex Pro Run Vest is unisex and comes with two QuickStow flasks (500 ml each).
