Keeping your gear clean is always a challenge. It takes some effort, but it’s necessary — not only to extend the lifespan of the items that accompany us in the activities we love to do, but also for our health.
With bike bottles (also known as squeeze bottles), it’s no different.
This video was made using a Podium CamelBak bottle and shows how to properly deep clean the bottle.
You’ll see that the bottle’s cap should be disassembled by removing the nozzle and the valve so that a deep cleaning can be done properly.
